7.The buyer sign and stamp and return to the seller
8.The seller issue PI to the Buyer
9.The Buyer according to the PI and SPA issue NON OPERATIVE LC MT700 Transferable ,irrevocable, assignable, and divisible
10.The Seller Bank Confirm LC and THE seller send POP document to the Buyer Bank with Swift MT600
